PREPARE-ENRICH will enable couples to know one another like never before. PREPARE-ENRICH will enable couples to:

 

• Identify strengths and build new ones

• Strengthen communication skills

• Uncover stressful relational areas

• Resolve and learn conflict resolution skills

• Explore possible "Family of Origin" issues

• Comfortably discuss and reconcile financial issues

• Establish personal, couple, and family goals

• Understand and appreciate personality differences

 

You will begin by taking a PREPARE-ENRICH online assessment to identify your current strengths and growth areas. You will then meet with me, your facilitator, to discuss feedback from your report and to help you understand your results and learn important relationship skills. Couples will perform various PREPARE-ENRICH relational enhancement exercises. The program is designed to be comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable. A Christian version of PREPARE-ENRICH is available which incorporates biblical scripture into the experience. The cost of the Prepare-Enrich program will be based on the sliding scale for couples counseling. Participants should expect to undergo four to eight sessions, dependent upon the number of growth areas indicated, to complete the program. One and a half or two-hour sessions are also available at a discount. Couples will receive a PREPARE-ENRICH certificate upon completion of the PREPARE ENRICH program.
